D-type pumps are the most heavy duty and industrial mechanical diaphragm dosing pumps. Pump is fitted with a standard gearbox reduction system with a vertical mounted motor (4 poles). The reduction gearbox is a standard endless screw plus worm-wheel type, supported by bearing, fully lubricated in oil bath.
Pumping heads
Pump heads are made in standard versions: stainless steel 316, PP, PVC or PVDF. The membranes are PTFE coated.
Stroke adjustment
Stroke adjustment can be carried with the pump at rest or in operation and it can be manual
or automatic through automatic actuator driven by 4-20 mA; different BUS; pneumatic.
MULTIPLE HEADED PUMPS
Different multiple heads units are available on request.
Each pumping element has independent adjustment while running or at standstill.
