Sandwich Hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps SDI type meet the API 675 standard. In addition, they comply with the ATEX standard, so they can be installed in potentially explosive atmospheres. The gearbox is an internal worm gear, fully oil bath lubricated, with the ability to be coupled to multiple pumps regardless of size and number of strokes to obtain a multi-head unit.
The stroke adjustment can be made while the pump is at rest or in operation and can be manual or automatic by means of an automatic actuator; by 4-20 mA; different BUS or pneumatic. Accuracy within ± 1% within 10-100% of rated capacity.
These metering pumps are reliable and easy to maintain and with the option of having a flushing or leakage containment system (optional). Wide choice of materials in contact with the liquid: S.S.316L; PVC; PP; PVDF; PTFE; other materials are available on request.
