The SR vortex pump, series RC, is a high quality non-clogging resessed impeller centrifugal pump in a modular construction with connections according to ISO 2858-5199. Available in sizes from discharge connection DN32 to DN250.

Flanges according UNI EN 1092-1 PN 10.

Free passage (depending on the pump size) up to a maximum of 150 mm.

Our RC pumps are equipped with a weighted pump shaft and bearings. The complete range is covered by the use of four bearing bracket sizes. The pump cover is also cleverly designed; there is only one pump cover for all possible shaft seals.

All these designs are also available in Atex version zone 1 and 2.

Characteristics

Very robust single-stage, non-clogging wastewater centrifugal pump with large free solids passage. This makes the pump suitable for very dirty water with suspended solids and long fibers.

RC Sectional

The surface continuity in the pump housing prevents blockages and minimizes wear and tear from medium on the pump housing.

Bearing bracket according to ISO 5199 - EN 25199, which guarantees shaft deviations <0.05 mm and at least 18,000 operating hours. Axial and radial shaft loads are absorbed so that the bearing temperature remains minimal during operation.

Big free passage of solid particles

The vortex / recessed impeller creates a large free passage in the pump up to 90% of the discharge connection size.

Very quiet pump

Due to the hydraulics of the recessed impeller, the noise production of the pump is minimal.

Less sensitive to air or gas

The vortex pump is less sensitive to air or gas in the liquid compared to other centrifugal pumps.
